The shared backyard features a pergola where you can enjoy the sunshine, and a sealed driveway for smooth access. The onsite 24/7 support is shared between all residents, promoting safety and serenity knowing help is always at hand if needed.

Carrum Downs is a calm and peaceful suburb perfect for those who enjoy a lifestyle that takes time to smell the roses. This SDA housing in Carrum Downs is located just minutes from the Carrum Downs Regional Shopping Centre, where you’ll have easy access to medical centres, a news agency, a pharmacy, Kmart, and Woolworths. Public transport can be accessed within a 5km radius.
