Our story
Our name 'Claro' comes from Latin and means 'to brighten' – and we're here to enable you to shine with our range of disability services and supported independent living options.
Our name may be new, but we're not. Collectively, we've been around for more than 30 years, with an established presence right across Australia as advocates of supported independent living, and a leading NDIS-registered provider.
We've combined the best of what we had to become Claro – the leading disability services provider in Australia. Plus, we offer seamless health, care and support, and access to allied health services, backed by experience, expertise and excellence.

Why Time to Shine?
We recognise the vital role our support workers play in delivering quality care, and we want to ensure they have meaningful opportunities to reflect on their work, celebrate their achievements, and identify areas for growth. This new process replaces traditional performance reviews with a more engaging, development-focused conversation that strengthens both individual and team success.
This new program will provide Support Workers with a space to reflect, receive valuable feedback, set personal and professional goals, and share insights on how Claro can better support them. It will also support our Managers by providing a structured approach to recognising achievements, providing tailored feedback, and supporting team development while reinforcing role fundamentals and best practices.
